Arcadis wins place on TfL's new professional services framework

Arcadis has secured appointments across four specialist disciplines on Transport for London's latest Professional Services Framework, positioning the consultancy to continue supporting the delivery of major transport investment programmes across the capital.

The company has been selected for Professional Services Framework 3 (PSF3), a multi-million-pound agreement that will provide specialist consultancy services to TfL's directorates over the next three years, with the option to extend for a further 12 months.

Under the framework, Arcadis has been appointed to four service areas covering:

• Risk and Opportunity Management (A3)

• Project and Programme Assurance (A4)

• Planning and Scheduling (A5)

• Procurement (B2)

The appointments will see the consultancy provide expertise to support the planning, governance and delivery of complex transport programmes, alongside a number of other framework suppliers.

PSF3 replaces TfL's previous Professional Services Framework and has been established to provide specialist support across a broad range of disciplines, including project and programme management, commercial services and wider infrastructure delivery.

Arcadis says its multidisciplinary expertise will help the transport authority strengthen programme delivery, improve decision-making and maximise long-term value across London's transport network.

The consultancy has worked with TfL for many years, delivering project management, commercial advisory and programme assurance services across rail, highways, stations, depots, property and asset management programmes.

Its previous involvement includes several of London's flagship transport schemes, including the Step-Free Access Programme, Elephant & Castle Station Capacity Upgrade, Piccadilly Line Upgrade, Northern Line Extension and the Beckton Maintenance Facility Building, alongside a wide range of network renewal and enhancement projects.
