Free Thames Crossings Extended on TfL Bus and DLR Services

Passengers travelling across the River Thames will continue to enjoy free journeys on selected Transport for London (TfL) services following an extension to the scheme.
TfL has confirmed that free travel will remain in place until 11:59pm on Tuesday, May 26. The offer applies to specific bus routes—Superloop SL4, 129 and 108—as well as certain Docklands Light Railway (DLR) journeys.
Eligible DLR routes include services from Greenwich or Cutty Sark to Island Gardens, and from Woolwich Arsenal to George V.
The initiative supports river crossings at busy times, with TfL reporting that up to 21 buses per hour operate across the Thames during peak periods between 7am and 7pm on weekdays.
In addition, the Silvertown Tunnel cycle shuttle will continue to be free to use until further notice, encouraging more sustainable travel options.
